My name is Chris Brophy and I would like to introduce you all to both myself and a new
product that I have created called the Hai-Kool bookmark.

After working as an executive secretary for a major corporation for 12 years, I left the work
force to be a stay-at-home mom.

I live in Montdale, PA with my husband, Joe and my son, Bryan.

Joe operates a business from our home called Brophy Marketing Solutions that sells all kinds
of apparel and promotional items.

I help Joe with this home business but have always wanted to tap into my own creativity.

As an avid reader, over the years, I began collecting bookmarks. Then one day, I came up with
a novel idea. You see, I have been writing poetry for years (especially haiku) and am, as is my
husband, a dedicated environmentalist and recycler. With Joe's help on the recycling side, I
thought of a way to combine these two passions - the Hai-Kool bookmark by Chrissy B.

The bookmark consists of an original haiku (strict 5-7-5 form) and is printed on post-consumer
recycled paper imbedded with wild flower seeds. Also included are planting instructions printed
on the same seeded paper. This gives the purchaser, who may not want to part with their
bookmark, the option of planting only the instructions.

I have started this venture with 4 bookmarks (one for each season). I plan on introducing
some new bookmarks each year for those who may want to collect them.

It is my hope that these unique bookmarks will bring much added enjoyment to my fellow
bookworms everywhere!
